We do personal training and that’s all we do.

The more personalised the service, the better your chances of achieving your goals. That’s why we exclusively offer personal training. We don’t fit our clients to workouts; we design programs to fit our clients. We take the time to craft personal programs from scratch, designed to meet each client’s goals, movement capabilities, injury history, and current skill and technique level.

  • Many small group PT gyms operate on a 6:1 ratio, meaning each client receives a maximum of 10 minutes of coaching in a one-hour session if split evenly. We found this results in clients receiving insufficient and inadequate coaching, leading to the use of generic templates rather than true personal training.

We operate on a 2:1 ratio, with two gym members per coach. In our Small Group PT sessions, you’ll train alongside up to three others, coached by two trainers. Our main goal is to provide quality coaching, not just fill our gym. We prioritise coaching over numbers, ensuring each client gets the attention they deserve. This is why we carefully select our clients and avoid misleading marketing tactics. At our gym, it’s all about delivering personal, effective training tailored to your needs.

  • If your goal is to simply see a smaller number on the scale, you might not need our services. Weight loss can be achieved through increased physical activity and calorie management on your own without the use of a gym. However, if your aim is to lose fat while retaining muscle, we can definitely help. Read on!

  • Fat loss is different from weight loss. Your training and nutrition program will focus on retaining and growing muscle and at the right time manipulating calories to lose fat, resulting in a leaner and more toned physique. If fat loss is your goal, you've come to the right place!

  • Building muscle requires a combination of effective resistance training, proper nutrition, and adequate recovery. If you want a more muscular physique, we will design training and nutrition programs to help you succeed.

  • Strength training is one of our core focuses. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced lifter, we have the expertise to help you reach your strength goals.

  • If you want to improve general fitness there are numerous ways this can be done, with or without the use of a gym.

Fitness incorporates multiple goals, the more goals you try and train for at the same time, the more compromised the result of each one becomes. This is due to the conflicting methods of each goal eg. if you try to train for strength and endurance at the same time, you won't be as strong as you could be and your endurance wont be as good as it could be.

If general fitness is your goal and you prefer to train in a gym environment you may be better off with gyms that provide general fitness training methods such as circuits/CrossFit/'hybrid' training etc.

  • Enhancing athletic performance is one of our specialties. We train clients to get stronger and advance their abilities in various sports. Whatever your sport, we have the experience to help you excel. Get in touch with us to learn more!
