What is PERFORM?

PERFORM is our dedicated, training-only service designed to help you build strength, improve performance, and unlock your true physical potential.

Your training program will be tailored specifically to you, considering your unique anatomy, movement patterns, injury history, training experience, and goals. We don’t rely on pre-written templates because we believe in creating a program as unique as you are. There are no compulsory lifts; instead, we will select appropriate exercises and teach you to perform them with excellent technique.

Your coach will continuously monitor your progress, provide feedback, and make necessary adjustments on a session-by-session basis. As you advance, your program will evolve with you, ensuring it remains aligned with your development and goals.

Movement Assessment
We begin with a comprehensive movement assessment to identify your strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement, ensuring your training is both effective and safe.

Bespoke Training Program
Receive a fully personalised training program created specifically for you. We’ll provide ongoing support and make adjustments whenever needed to ensure you get the best results.

In-Person Training Sessions
Work directly with our coaches during gym sessions to refine your technique, stay motivated, and push your limits.
